Phase 2: Construction
This is where all the magic happens.
- Excavation. First, our team will install “guide boards” on your backyard landscape to lay out the CAD plan. After that, they will start the excavation process. In this part, our team will remove dirt to form the pool shape. You can expect things to get dirty, but this part is unavoidable.
- Plumbing and reinforcement. In this part of the construction phase, our team will install all the lines for the main drains and skimmers. They will also install the return lines. After the plumbing works, the team will proceed to reinforcement. This part is essential because it’ll be the foundation of your pool. It will hold the weight of the pool shell and the water. We will reinforce the pool form with high-grade steel to ensure the utmost quality,
- . This steel exceeds the industry standards; therefore, you can rest assured that your pool is made of the best materials.
- Pool Shell. For extra assurance, we’ll have the reinforcement structure inspected and checked. Any part that falls below the set standard will be redone. We only want the best for your pool. After the reinforcement is approved, our professional construction team will proceed with building your pool shell. In this part, gunite, a mixture of sand, rock, and cement, will be pneumatically applied to the pool form. For vinyl-lined or fiberglass, the pool shell will be precast upon request.
- Tile and Coping Installation. When the shell finishes curing, we’ll be installing your chosen tile and coping to finish off the pool. The time for us to finish this process will depend on your pool’s surface area.
- Safety Installations. Your safety is our priority! To add security to your pool, we’ll be installing all the fences and pool covers upon request. You may also opt to add more landscaping and other features; talk with our agent. We aim to build you the pool of your dreams. We will perform a final survey to check the final output. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, we will be more than willing to assist you on that matter. Our commitment doesn’t stop after building the pool.

Right after you call us, we’ll schedule an appointment with you to have a glimpse of pool vision. During this phase, we’ll ask for your pool design preferences. If you’re having trouble deciding on certain fundamental pool features, our team will be glad to help you make up your mind.
We will also conduct a thorough survey of your backyard landscape to provide you with the best advice in terms of the features of your dream pool.
In less than a week after the meeting, you’ll receive the detailed design and plan prepared by our design team, including a detailed summary of all the expected expenses for the project. This plan is still open for changes, so we would love to hear your inputs and feedback on the design.
After we agree with the design and details of the project, our client support team will start to process all the duly needed permits for residential pool construction set by the locality. Once you have signed the design and all the necessary permits have been processed, we’ll accomplish a detailed computer-aided design (CAD) design that will serve as the blueprint that’ll guide the construction team for the next step.
Phase 3: Cleaning
The construction period will leave a lot of debris and wastes. Right after we install the last tile, we’ll clean all the dirt accumulated during the construction phase. After this point, you’ll be able to see your backyard oasis come to life.
Phase 4: Enjoy your new Inground Pool!
